Cats taste better than rabbits

I do not speak for myself.
Dad tells me that residents of Kingspark know better than to let cats roam free. The hawks that populate the skies along Southport Road are as known for swooping down on free-range cats as much as they are rabbits.
Speaking of wildlife in this neighborhood, last night I am driving down Southport Road and I saw five deer munching away in the farm field located at the intersection of Southport and Reservoir. A hundred feet away, I see a hawk perched on top of a railroad crossing sign.
Maybe cats just can’t run as fast as a rabbit?
Cats are way faster than rabbits.
Hawks have a lot of experience patiently stalking and they have the advantages of even more speed and viewpoint.
